A children’s soft play centre business in Buckinghamshire is up for sale for £250,000.
Let’s Go Bonkers, based in Burnham, has been listed for sale on the property website Rightmove.
The centre, opened by Louise and Ian Cubberley in June 2014, is comprised of two adjoining industrial units, with a main activities centre which can take up to 128 children at once.
It also has a cafe and seating area and a separate party room with three flatscreen TVs which have Sky.
Plans for Let’s Go Bonkers were approved in March 2014 after a legal struggle with Maldon District Council, who were concerned about parking provision at the site.
The property summary on Rightmove says: “The play centre has a very large, regular and loyal customer base along with an excellent reputation not only locally, but also further afield to areas such as Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon and Basildon, with many new customers coming via word of mouth or social media such as Facebook.
“It’s an exciting opportunity to acquire an excellent children's activity centre, which has already built up a superb database of loyal and regular customers since 2014 and has genuine potential for future growth.”
