An award-winning restaurant and bar is for sale, offering a rare opportunity for business buyers in the area.

Entropy is located in the city's West End and has been on the market for some time now. However, the agents have recently agreed to drop the asking price by £55,000 to £295,000 in a bid to encourage more interest in the business.

The sale will see the three-storey corner property on Ridley Street - which has been an established drinking spot for over a decade - change hands.

Nick Greaves, the negotiator handling the sale for Christie & Co, told the Leicester Mercury: "Rarely does an established freehold restaurant and bar come to the market within such a popular and vibrant area."
