Lincolnshire kids clothing shop in £39,950 sale

A popular kids clothing store called Rubyred Kids Boutique in Lincolnshire is up for grabs for £39,950.

The business is located on The Strait in Lincoln and offers clothing, toys and gifts for newborn babies and young children up to the ages of four or five. The property has three stockrooms and a bathroom over three floors, as well as built-in storage and double frontage with large windows.

The sale of the shop includes all fixtures, fittings, stock, customer base and supplier details. The buyers will inherit the current three-year lease.

The owner of the shop and its sister business Rubyred Boutique, Lucie Pool is selling the business as she is expecting her second child. Commenting on the sale she told the Lincolnite: “We will be sad to see the shop go as we really put our heart and soul into it.

“With a central location just off the High Street, the tourist trail has good footfall without the huge rents you find a few hundred yards down the road as you hit the High Street. It also benefits from the annual Christmas market which brings so much business to our doorstep at the beginning of every December.”

Lucie opened the Rubyred Kids Boutique in early 2013 after she was inspired by coming across a supplier of reasonably priced kids clothes and having positive about the idea to open a kids clothing shop from her customers who are also mothers at Rubyred Boutique.
