The well-known Exeter coffee shop Café at 36 has been put up for sale.

The small, quality café in Cowick Street has been listed with licensed and leisure property specialists Stonesmith of Exeter, the Exeter Express & Echo reported yesterday (29 April). The leasehold café, which is open to customers during the day to eat in or takeaway and also runs catering buffets, has a price tag of £75,000.

The newspaper also reported that the establishment had been nominated for its Small Business of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility awards, the latter coming as a result of the fundraising attempts by Café at 36 to raise money for Age UK Exeter.
