Shop in Barrow town centre going under the hammer

A commercial building in Barrow town centre is up for sale at auction later this month.

The two-storey commercial premise is at 48 Crellin Street in Barrow, the North West Evening Mail reported. The property is expected to generate high levels of interest because of its prime location with plenty of passing trade.

The building, which has historically been used as a shop, comprises a ground floor with space for a shop or offices as well as a kitchen to the rear, with an office and storeroom on the first floor. It will go under the hammer with a guide price of between £35,000 and £45,000.
